Since we started in 1995, we’ve finished over ninety Medical projects for 25 different customers across Central Ohio.

Some of our major customers include Ohio Health, Prime Medical Group, NYDIC Open MRI of America, Wendt-Bristol, US Health and Shamrock Medical Solutions—as well as many individual healthcare practitioners and partnerships.

Projects range from basic improvements and renovations to Design-Build Medical Center construction on unimproved land.

Working inside hospitals and existing medical centers challenges us to deliver—particularly during demolition and heavy construction—without disturbing daily routines. We have to keep noise levels down and ensure open access for medical staff and patients. The solution often involves phased construction, working off-hours and deliberate planning for noise reduction—including installation of temporary sound insulation. There are also special hygiene requirements, infectious disease protocols, special permit inspections and security issues.
