Providing our customers with customized Management services is an important part of our business. These projects range from straightforward Construction Management to providing Training & Expert Schedule Analysis for our clients.
Since these services are performed on a fee basis—similar to an accountant or lawyer—they only represent about 2% of our revenue. Despite this disparity, our experiences have helped us participate in almost 100 projects for 37 customers, in almost every market. And the actual construction value of this work exceeds $500 million.
We offer three different types of Management Services:
Providing Direction in a Complex Building Environment
Construction Management evolved in the 1960s in response to the growing complexity of the building industry. In this role, the Manager is actually an advocate for the Owner, bridging the gap between Owners, Engineers, Architects & the Contractors.
A CM provides value by using resources & expertise to manage the project, while the Owner retains direct project control.

Early in our history, we offered our services as Consultants, including producing and managing construction schedules for other Contractors, Developers & Attorneys.
We also did Mitigation & Claims Analysis, quickly developing an enviable reputation for being able to zero in on problem areas with the cash-flow and logic of the work to save our customers time & money—and alleviating many potential pitfalls.
As a technically-sophisticated, dynamic firm, we were frequently asked to test BETA versions of numerous industry-related softwares and to help train other companies in their setup and use. To serve our clients, we created custom software solutions to help “bridge the gap.”
Although Training is offered on a limited basis, in the future we will begin to market our own INTERCHANGE™ software solution.
