Providing our customers with Construction services is the core of our business. These projects range from providing custom-designed engineered building systems to full-service General Contracting. We have completed over 80 construction projects for over 60 customers. Although this is 10% of the total number of projects, it represents over 60% of our total revenue to date.

We offer three different types of Construction Services:
A Traditional System of Delivering Project Services
General Contracting is the traditional system of project delivery: the design and engineering is finished before a contractor is hired or any work started.
This delivery method is preferred—even mandated—by many hospitals and corporate clients, who have their own architects and already have finished plans.

Design & Construction Bundled Together for a Truly Tailored Project
The Design-Build Construction Approach is a system of project delivery that allows design and construction to be done simultaneously, rather than completing the design phase before work starts.
This method typically reduces project duration and allows us to deliver a higher-quality product to the customer—tailored to their exact needs and design preferences.
