Most of our work has traditionally been Renovation, representing almost 700 projects for 250+ customers. This accounts for almost 30% of our revenue since our start in 1995.
Over the years, several of our customers have entrusted us to progressively larger projects—and different service types. It is rewarding to realize that many of our customers continue to grow with us.

We have also earned the opportunity to work on some fine restorations of historic properties, including the rehabilitation of an 1890s apartment block in Victorian Village into fine town home condominiums with all modern amenities.
Work like this involves painstaking craftsmanship and also helps our clients earn historic tax credits for their efforts.
