Wade currently lives near German Village with his wife, Robin, their two “primary” children, Dana & Troy, and the “other” children, Hogan and Sasha, both Jack Russell terriers.
Several of the employees at MCR Services own Jack Russell Terriers and it seems to be a personality trait of MCR team members, too: associates who aren’t afraid to take on anything, who are highly mobile, driven to achievement and who won’t “let go” of something until it’s done right. Not too surprisingly, Wade frequently describes MCR Services as “The Jack Russell Terrier of Construction.”
The Hungerford’s are in their 2nd home in the Schumacher Place neighborhood (they’re restoring the original Schumacher Home, which Robin describes as “a ½-acre gated community east of German Village” because of the large garden lot and pass-through drive). Dana and Troy attend school nearby in German Village at St. Mary’s. Recently, Wade dusted off his skills as a master cabinetmaker. He and his family built a ½ scale airplane for the front of the school as part of a reading initiative.
Wade and Robin enjoy entertaining at home, gardening and vacationing at their lakeside “camp” in upstate New York.
