John has the rare—and enviable—ability to accelerate and manage multiple projects. He believes that focusing on the schedule and maintaining good relationships with partners, government agencies and customers is the best way to gain and keep control of the work. He has taught others how to “finesse” a schedule and take advantage of “wiggle room” without sacrificing safety on site—or the quality of the work. His natural rapport with our subtrades is a huge plus.
In spare hours, John has coached soccer and now follows club soccer for his children, Justin and Rachelle, who “practically live on the soccer pitch.” He lives with his family in Hilliard and tries to spend as much time as possible out-of-doors gardening, fly fishing, running and bicycling.
John, like many industry professionals, cannot keep his hands away from power tools and always has a remodeling or landscaping project in the works. He and his wife, Faye, love gourmet cooking. (The other member of their family, Chief, a Jack Russell terrier, eats just about anything.)
