Albert has an extensive knowledge of finishes and techniques and has consulted on technical issues and applications. Because of his expertise and leadership with our self-performed work, he also manages projects, in addition to his other duties.
During our formative years, we frequently used Albert as a painting partner, so when we recruited him, it was a particularly quick and seamless integration. As a key, long-term associate, Albert has always gone the distance to ensure the quality of a project and to help all of our work stay ahead of schedule and under budget.
One of Albert’s favorite challenges was a series of projects in Zanesville, Ohio. This large-scale conversion involved retrofitting the American Encaustic Tile factory complex into state-of-the-art automotive component assembly lines and offices for Lear Corporation. The work—and its many challenges—kept his crews busy for months.
Albert lives with his wife, Lisa, in Ashville. They have 3 children, Joshua, Mandy and Amber, plus grandchildren and their extended family. Albert and Lisa enjoy outdoor activities and are steadily improving their property. The Fraleys also maintain a large garden, one of the many advantages of living in the country.
