Prior to joining the organization, Kenny worked his family’s farm in northwest Ohio, where he was also involved in school sports and 4-H.
Although he has participated in all different construction types and on many different levels, Kenny prefers new, Design-Build projects. There is something supremely satisfying about taking unimproved land, developing the site—with all amenities—taking the customers ideas and creating finished, functional buildings exactly suited to their needs.
Kenny and his wife, Amanda, enjoy participating in sand volleyball, scuba diving, hiking and other outdoor activities. The Westricks live in Westgate with their daughter, Haley, son, Grady, and family dog, Reagan. Like most “construction” families, the Westricks enjoy renovating their home and have an active social life. Kenny has a strong work ethic and frequently comes up with creative solutions to challenging construction situations. He was Most Improved Employee in 2004 and Employee of the Year in 2009.
In 2009, Kenny was also selected for The Rising Leaders Institute (RLI) and graduated from the program in 2010.
