Background

Joe was brought on board in late October 2006 as a Carpenter. By the end of 2007, he was running projects as Lead Carpenter. In recognition of his leadership and professional growth, Joe was named “Most Improved Employee of the Year” for 2007 and promoted to Project Superintendent in February 2008.

Joe has aptly been described as “a low-key guy who produces top-shelf work.” His focus is always on his clients and the quality of the work itself.

He has worked in the industry for several years and has held the following positions:

Joe is a master carpenter and his craftsmanship is truly outstanding. For this reason, he was selected to design, construct and install the über-style cabinetry and custom workstations for our new Production offices during the first quarter of 2008.

Born and bred in Henry County, Ohio, Joe currently lives in Reynoldsburg with his wife, Rachael, their two boys, Noah and Elijah and a Rat Terrier that answers to Maya. (Rat Terriers are sort of like Jack Russell Terriers, so Joe has been inducted into the “Jack Russell Posse” at MCR Services as as a provisional member.)

Joe had the “good country sense” to marry someone who actually loves to bake—and is really good at it. Rachael made the Incredible MCR Cake and other baked goods for company functions and is now our designated Baking Lady.

Like most construction professionals, Joe does a lot of home-improvement projects for friends and family and is rumored to keep woodworking manuals under his pillow.
