Since we tend to self-perform most of the interior finishes on our projects, Ronnie has worked on most every project we have completed since mid-1999. One of his favorites was a commercial building rehabilitation on Goodale Boulevard, which involved a new exterior finish process, requiring application by highly-specialized equipment. But some of the finest metallic finishes—and others—are still applied by (skilled) hand, and Ronnie is very good at hand work. His largest single exterior and interior paint application was at the new, 200,000 square foot warehouse we built in Macedonia, Ohio, in 2007 and 2008. (These are some high points, but he still mentally shudders when he thinks about removing 125+ years of paint from the ceilings and walls at the old American Encaustic Tile Factory in Zanesville; a painter’s never-ending nightmare….)
Ronnie is a lifelong Columbus resident. His dad and mom both run businesses on the west side, including Columbini’s Sports Diner in Franklinton. Ronnie has four children, Ronnie #3, Reynna, MacKenzie and Raelyn. He is currently “owned” by a very jealous 2-year old golden lab named Marley, who is the “world’s biggest lap-dog.”
Ronnie is an avid water skier and wants to learn to bungee jump. He plans on retiring to Florida.
