A “Physically-Rehabilitated” Building
Once the repairs were finished, the building was as good as new. Despite the long-lead time with the Malta window—unavoidable because it was custom—the work proceeded quickly.
After the landscaping and irrigation system had been repaired and the new window was in place, no one was the wiser. The staff moved their equipment back into the space and it was “business as usual,” which is the goal of all sensible repair work: MCR Services was happy to oblige.
