Mills Barnett, a development company, is based in the Dayton area. Their first project in Central Ohio, a 4-acre complex to be named Camden Professional Center, was a cooperative effort with Continental Realty. This was the first professional office complex to be constructed on the outskirts of Dublin.
In late 2004, Continental asked us to look at the preliminary plans. Mills Barnett awarded the competitively bid contract to MCR and we started mobilizing and performing the site work and utilities.
