Located just west of Delaware, Ohio, Ganim Medical is the largest full-service solution provider for new and pre-owned medical equipment in the Midwest. They had outgrown their current warehouse space and desperately needed to expand.
In 2004, we were referred to Dave Ganim by a professional acquaintance and we began discussing a construction solution for his firm’s needs. Uniquely, they had already purchased the metal building package and needed a construction partner to install the foundations and erect the building.

In order to maintain better control over the construction process, MCR prefers to act as a full-service General Contractor. But sometimes we will expand this boundary to serve a client. Ganim had purchased their building from an AM Radio ad during a popular daytime broadcast:
