Goo-Goo Car Wash Systems is a successful convenience car wash specialist with franchises throughout the Southern US.
In 2005, we constructed the first Goo-Goo outside the Deep South for GDT II, Ltd., a local father-son business partnership.
Because of our established relationship with the Owners, MCR Services was the only construction partner they consulted to help them construct the first facility. In 2006, they brought us on board for their second venture, on West Broad Street.

Soils Issues and Material Cost Increases
To help navigate the project through design & engineering, we performed the following for the Owners:

Identified problem soils dumped on the site from the original shopping center work & incorporated a solution into the original budget
Resolved driveway and street access issues
Forecast steel price increases and worked out a deal with our supplier to minimize the costs

For this type of project, integrating the Design and the Construction phases and building a strong project team is the best way to guarantee success.
We were chosen for both Goo-Goo projects because of our proven ability to deliver safe, high-quality construction services, on-time and within budget.
