Dinner By Design is America’s leading home meal prep kitchen, created to help families save money and enjoy healthy, delicious dinners in the comfort of their own home. The firm had franchises in 13 US states and Canada and wanted to expand operations into Ohio. The franchisee needed to bring a contractor on board as soon as possible.

Since we had already constructed one meal center for another client, in the Dublin area, we were quite familiar with the concept and the requirements. The other project was also a first for the Central Ohio area and it required cost analysis and benchmark budgets. Because of this experience—and because we already had a team of working partners assembled from the previous work—MCR Services was able to deliver the facility well in advance of deadline.
