JetSelect is a private charter airline based at Port Columbus International Airport. Their client, Million Air, is the premier provider of upscale aviation services in the US. They operate through 32 franchises, including the one at Port Columbus.
Million Air needed to add offices and make other improvements for their flyers. Referred to JetSelect by a professional acquaintance in late 2006, we reviewed their requirements, assembled a design team and gave them a budget and schedule in early 2007.
Challenges
Tight Schedule and Security Issues
Million Air has 110,000 square feet of hangar space and luxury amenities for their customers. They needed to co-opt some of the warehouse area for additional offices and an open Conference Room:

The work at JetSelect carved a unique Conference Area and badly-needed offices from unused hangar space.
Despite tight airport security, last-minute Owner changes and the technically-demanding work, our project team was able to deliver a superior facility to both companies.
As a result, Millionaire’s staff and customers are better able to enjoy the upscale aviation experience at Port Columbus.
