The Ohio State University created Campus Partners for Community Urban Redevelopment in 1995 to spearhead the revitalization of the urban neighborhoods around its Columbus campus. Their first mandate was South Campus Gateway in 2005, blending restaurants, retail, offices, housing and parking.
In late January 2007, the university asked us to provide a competitive bid for a banquet hall, The Event Place at the South Campus.
