Charles Zamora Company, LPA, a Certified Workers Compensation Special, is simply devoted to fighting for the rights of injured workers and their families. Chuck Zamora also boasts strong ties to the F.O.P. and the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System.
Since starting in 2003, his firm grew substantially and needed more room than their Gay Street offices could provide. We worked with Mr. Zamora to locate space near Franklin University, away from the traffic, but still close to the courthouse and other downtown amenities.
Challenges
A Smooth Construction Experience
Our goal is to surround our clients with "spot-on" and timely services, so they can focus on running their business—not managing a construction schedule.
Zamora Law keeps a very active client list and needed his new offices quickly--without a lot of delays that would pull him away from his core business.
Any changes he requested had to be addressed and handled quickly, with the exact estimating and delivery of services that MCR Services built its reputation on.

Results
Working with Multiple Clients to Produce Shared Savings
We were able to realize savings by working two renovation projects into adjacent spaces. Zamora was referred to us by Illumination, LLC, so it was fitting that we could find both firms neighboring offices in the same building, and realize substantial savings in the process:
Shared Project Manager and Project Superintendent
Basic services performed by the same set of subtrades
Lowered overhead costs, since the projects were run in tandem instead of separately
