Founded in 1894 at The Ohio State University, the Beta Phi Chapter of Delta Tau Delta has been a leading men’s social fraternity since its inception. Currently there are over 70 undergraduate members and over 1,200 living alumni of Beta Phi.
Beta Phi’s fraternity house has undergone several improvements throughout its history. We completed their most recent and extensive renovation.

Modernizing a Fraternity House
Renovate a Fraternity House built in 1955/56, which has walls and ceilings constructed of plaster, by installing or updating the following components for safety and efficiency:
State-of-the-art climate control into each room
Comprehensive fire alarm and sprinkler systems throughout house

The Right Temperature for the Men of Delta Tau Delta
Installed new HVAC with a ‘CITY MULTI’ system, which has a central panel and 37 split system controls off of one roof top unit; this system offers flexibility for ultimate individual comfort and energy savings because of its efficiency. New electrical service and outlets in each room
New flooring and ceilings with fresh paint
New railings on existing stairs
New front door and a freshly painted entry

Our highly proficient team managed a rigorous schedule to complete this project ahead of schedule and in time for the new academic year which pleased everyone, especially the men of Delta Tau Delta, who now have a safe and comfortable place to live, study and invest in their futures.
