Kim Dahlinghaus

Sister, Friend, Daughter, Mother, Wife, & Tireless Activist was an inspiration to every one who knew her. The work she did continues to bring people together, offer hope and present strategies for improving conditions.

Just after the birth of her son, Ryan, Kim began a seven year battle with breast cancer that finally took her from us on November 3, 2005.

Kim was a fighter, determined to live life to its fullest, and immediately started treatment. She explored every medical regimen and alternative therapy & educated herself and others. Because she used every tool available to her, because of strong family support and her devotion to the community, she lived far longer and stayed far more active than all the experts believed possible.

To her, it was all about life.
